I changed my cellphone number and I called Zip customer service and they want a picture copy of your identification which it wouldnt go through for some reason. No other competitors gave me so much issues just to update my number ( Affirm, Klarna, and After Pay) These competitors updated within minutes. When I did have an account with them and about to accept Payment option, once you press button , it started to buffer and you are unable to make a payment , it takes you back to accepting payment.

I didn't authorize the app nor authorize the charge for $87.45.

A supervisor needs to talk to me.

Because your reps cannot do anything but question me.

I know my rights as a consumer.

I'm requesting a refund for $87.45 ASAP.

Questions regarding my extended payment date

I used the app as instructed to make a one-time one month once a month payment extension your loved one free one a month at a certain level and as long as it's done within 24 hours before the due date which I did do that I can apply with everything through the app it was accepted however I extended it to August 1st yet today I got a notification they tried to hit my bank for the payment so I'm not happy about that cuz I can go negatively against my credit rating so I'm hoping I can get this taken care of other than that I have not had any issues I recommend people using zip company

Same noone contacted me

I contacted Zip regarding 2 charges I wasn't sure were mine, but I paid them and thought nothing of it. When I tried to get into my account, it would not let me, so I called and was told it would be sent for further review because it looked like someone in my household used it without permission.

I am 62 years old and live with my 70-year-old husband who would not know how to use Zip. I called back since I had not received a call or email and again was told it would be escalated, but because someone used it, I would not be able to use my account.

Again, no one has called me to try and fix this issue. I have had Zip for many years without a problem and love it on my fixed income.
