Can’t place additional order
The system keeps saying that I have a freeze on my credit report, so I called to lift it for a day. I went back within the hour, as instructed, to continue my order, but it still fails to go through.

My money was taken from my account however, the card kept saying declined at the merchant
It says you're open until 11. However, the recording says you're closed. I'm calling from Central Time and it's 10 PM here.

I have paid my zip oay but its showing up in my account as not paid
I paid my bill on time but because it showing up as not being paid and overdue I'll get charged $50 for the five zippay I paid my bank blocked my card cause they said someone had been trying to *** my account I was emailed tuesday morning and told that so I had to find another way to pay my bill sad alright if I get charged even though I paid on time

Potential fraudulent text message
I tried to help out, but the system is not very well-prepared for this kind of situation. I received what appears to be a fraudulent SMS on my personal account.
The CSR was very friendly, but the system was very limited in handling this. This calls into question whether an actual client would get the proper response from this business.
Preferred solution: A simple way to address this kind of situation if I ever become a client and with this experience, that will be highly doubled

Blocked my account
They blocked my account because I was hacked. How does that make sense?
I've been with Zip since it was QuadPay. But because my account was hacked, they closed my account and I'm blocked from ever opening an account. How does this make sense?
How can they treat a loyal customer of 4 years like this? It's unbelievable!

Can't get approved
I can't get approved to shop on the app, and they won't tell me why. Customer service is awful, and I think it's run by AI.

As much merchandise as I have ordered from this company now I can’t make a purchase I called customer service several times and still my order would not go through
Everyone I try to make an order it would not let me then there was a hold put on it then the next day same *** couldnt place the order first it was edit my old cards then it was make sure I had enough on my card to make purchase nothing worked at all customer service did not help with the problem it was a waste of time
