When I called I tried to explain I had to have my phone number changed , 3 times I got a run around . Try to explain that my husband is the only one on our bill for the phone we got the phone statement and sent it to them , they then said we need your name on the bill again explain it to them .
They say one thing and do other. All a run around over a phone number needs to be changed
They didnt try to slow my issue
They were very dismissive about the issue I had . The rep wasnt helpful they need more work in customer services
How Good is Zip Co's Customer Service?
At first it was my go to for all my needs but as of the beginning of the weekend it hasn’t worked at all
I am not happy especially when I'm standing in the grocery store and have to use my own credit card because the zip is not working. I loaded $150 and I could not use it this is twice this is happened. And the response I got from customer service sucked! I am going to pay off what we owe and will not use zip again but I am going to continue using the other unnamed company. I have never once had a problem with them. You need to do something with the customer service because we don't understand them and they talk too fast. Have a good day!

Zip allows scammers on websites after being notified of scammers and I didn't receive merchandise they did nothing about it!! DON'T USE ZIP!!!!
